Associate Project Manager – Software & Events (Remote – NY, PA, NC, NJ, MD, DC, VA)

Responsibilities
This is an entry‑level role with a clear path to Project Manager responsibilities. You’ll start by learning our platform, tools, and processes while supporting client success, then gradually take on greater responsibility – transitioning from assisting with projects to leading them as you demonstrate your abilities. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including development, sales, and marketing.
- Communicating effectively between clients and the project team, ensuring clear understanding of needs and expectations.
- Maintaining meticulous account records to guarantee data accuracy.
- Building client relationships and driving client retention by showcasing relevant features, anticipating future needs, and maintaining regular communication.
- Assisting in QA testing to ensure the highest quality and helping clients shine.
- Cultivating strong client relationships to support marketing in highlighting success stories.
- Organizing and managing implementations, while serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Analyzing and interpreting clients’ challenges and objectives, consistently advocating for their best interests.
- Participating in various strategic projects, including system improvements, retention campaigns, and collaborative efforts with Marketing.
- Representing the company at industry and client events by demoing the platform, recording product walk‑throughs, and meeting directly with customers to highlight features or gather feedback.
- Occasionally adapting to schedule changes during peak event periods, including some weekends or adjusted hours to support event time zones.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting on video and explaining technical concepts in simple terms.

- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow‑through – you catch what others miss and deliver accurate, thorough work.

- Experience as a meeting planner or event professional preferred – familiarity with how conferences work will help you hit the ground running.
