We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Intelligent Technical Solutions, a dynamic and expanding company! You'll be a key player in delivering successful projects with a client‑centric approach, using your skills in customer service, problem‑solving, and attention to detail. In this role, you'll work with various tools and a great team of diverse professionals to ensure that projects are finished on schedule and within budget!
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors in the pursuit of excellent execution and collaboration.
- Champion the consistently excellent execution of projects, meeting client requirements while maintaining tight project budgets and timelines.
- Foster a culture of effective teamwork, contributing to the success of every project.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Prior Experience
- Minimum of 2 years leading project deployments, or relative experience
- Strong technical understanding of project components and systems.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to optimization.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Client‑focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a service‑centric approach to project execution.
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with remote teams is desired.
- Hands‑on deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, and at times high‑pressure consulting environment.
- Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is required.
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple Clients.
- Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools (RMM) such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate, is required.
Preferred Areas of Expertise
- Project Management Methodologies
- ConnectWise Project: Experienced in leveraging ConnectWise for project management, especially adept at managing project workflows, documentation, and collaboration within this platform.
- Technical Skills for Project Oversight
- Basic IT Systems Understanding: Familiarity with the general landscape of IT systems relevant to ITS projects, including a basic understanding of cloud services, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
- System Integration Knowledge: Skills in understanding how various IT components (like software applications, databases, and network systems) integrate and impact project outcomes.
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in using data analysis tools for project reporting and decision‑making, such as Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:
- Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or
- AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or
- macOS 12 or newer.
- Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
- Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise‑cancellation feature for meetings.
- Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
- Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST(Monday to Friday)
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
Compensation
Pay rate starts at $8.00/hr and vary by experience and location.
