Project Manager – HVAC / BMS - Fully Remote
Up to £50,000 per annum.
My client are looking for a Project Manager with strong HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS) experience to manage multiple service-led projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC/BMS service projects
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Create and maintain project schedules and action plans
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and resources
- Monitor progress, risks, and project budgets
- Review scopes of work and manage change control
- Track KPIs and provide regular project updates
Required Experience
- Proven Project Management experience within HVAC and BMS environments
- Strong technical understanding of BMS systems
- Experience managing multiple service or maintenance projects
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
