Our client, an award-winning Microsoft Solutions Partner , is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple, business-critical digital transformation projects while helping shape the future of their Project Management function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys remaining hands-on, thrives in a consultancy environment.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering multiple end to end IT or Digital Transformation/migration projects
- End-to-end project lifecycle management, from pre-sales and mobilisation through to successful delivery and client handover
- Strong project governance, including RAID management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, change control and commercial management
- Experience delivering projects across the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
- Microsoft 365
- Dynamics 365
- Power Platform
- Consultancy, Professional Services or Managed Services experience
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted client relationships and lead cross-functional delivery teams
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Business analysis awareness and the confidence to challenge and shape project requirements
- A passion for mentoring, coaching and supporting other Project Managers
- Programme Management experience is highly desirable.
