Trillium Professional is seeking a Project Manager to lead system transformation initiatives for the Division of Child Support. This role balances high-level strategic direction with hands‑on project governance to ensure the successful modernization of enterprise IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and implementation of complex, large‑scale system transformations and smaller‑scale IT projects.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in defining the strategic direction for enterprise‑level IT implementations and agency‑wide objectives.
- Requirements & Collaboration: Partner with product owners, SMEs, and Scrum teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Execution & Governance: Manage development teams and vendors to ensure all solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with established monitoring controls.
- Knowledge Transfer: Mentor state personnel in project management best practices to facilitate long‑term internal sustainability.
Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience with Child Support program policies and system modernization projects.
- Technical Management: Extensive background in managing diverse IT solutions using various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).
- Certification: PMP certification or equivalent professional experience.
- Governance: Demonstrated success in applying rigorous project management and governance principles.
