Senior Project Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) - CAPEX, GMP, CQV
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering capital projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing?
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major CAPEX projects across pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. You'll be responsible for managing projects from business case and design through construction, commissioning, qualification (CQV), and handover, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time delivery.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing or another highly regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP environments, CQV, validation, and FDA/EMA compliance.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and engineering partners throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, quality, operations, procurement, and senior stakeholders.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. Project management certification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
