Our client, a leading organization in the construction and project management industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution team supporting large-scale contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Manager
**Location:** Port Matilda, PA
**Pay Range:** Competitive based on experience
**Shift:** Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee multiple projects from award to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
+ Manage submittals including shop drawings, product literature, samples, and color charts for approval.
+ Coordinate material purchasing, ordering all necessary materials for each project.
+ Attend weekly or bi-weekly job site meetings and coordinate with shop fabricators and field installation teams.
+ Monitor project progress, quality assurance, and project budgets, including preparing and submitting change orders.
**What's Needed?**
+ One-year certificate from college or technical school and/or 3 years of related experience.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and write routine reports.
+ Effective communication skills for speaking before groups and the public.
+ Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, including reading tape measures and interpreting bar graphs.
