Job Description:
This Project Manager will be responsible for helping a team of Technical Writers, Controls Specialist, and Commissioning Specialist build on onboarding document for all current and new employees joining the organization. They will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. This role involves managing timelines, monitoring progress, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
Job Responsibilities:
* Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to milestones and deliverables
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve delays to keep projects on track
* Ensure all deliverables meet company requirements and quality standards
* Conduct quality reviews of work products and status reports
* Provide performance management and deliver feedback to team members based on stakeholder input
* Lead process optimization initiatives and develop reporting frameworks
* Escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary* 3+ years of project management experience
* Experience in process optimization and performance management
* Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
* Experience with learning and development projects
Preferred Background:
* PMP or equivalent project management certification
* Experience manager utility or power generation projects
