* Engineering Teams

* Requirements management experience

* Exceptional verbal communication and strong written communication
* Ability to influence stakeholders
* Ability to translate business objectives into project execution plans
* Documentation: Requirements documentation; Project documentation; Process documentation; Executive updates; Traceability and follow-through; Retail experience
* Supply Chain Experience: Distribution operations; Fulfillment processes; Logistics workflows; Inventory management
* Strong Jira experience; Jira Align experience preferred (Standard Jira experience acceptable)
* Confluence: Heavy Confluence usage required
* Excel: Advanced Excel skills required; Team primarily manages work through Excel
