Key Responsibilities Take ultimate ownership for all delivery team projects, ensuring data quality, delivery timelines, and transparency for stakeholders Lead a cross-functional delivery team, proactively highlighting and resolving issues and risks to keep projects on track Own operations of the delivery team, including communication, planning activities, and conducting retrospectives Required Qualifications Experience leading technical cross-functional teams Proven track record in managing complex projects from discovery to implementation Client-facing experience with a strong understanding of LLMs and their life cycle Background in consulting, tech, military, or competitive environments is a plus PhD in a technical field is a strong advantage
