We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (Hospitality) to be based on‑site in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This client‑facing role offers the opportunity to work on luxury hospitality projects and expand your knowledge base.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
- Value engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
- Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
- Prepare the Project Management Plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.
- Evaluate documents and communicate the client’s specific goals and expectations to all project team members.
- Develop and communicate action plans that guide the project team throughout the project, beginning with the initial Project Management Plan.
- Re‑evaluate the contract scope of work as the project progresses, recommend adjustments as necessary, and maintain alignment with client goals.
- Coordinate with the cost‑management group for cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain a framework for project team processes and record keeping of electronic and physical documents.
- Drive the permitting process, designing team documents for submission to local, state, and federal agencies, and ensuring permits are processed efficiently.
- Ensure project design management follows the client project documents such as budget, scope, schedule, and design standards.
- Prepare cost and revenue projections.
- Perform other duties as assigned and attend work during normal business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.
- Experience developing and driving action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor scope throughout the project and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Ability to prepare and communicate cost and revenue projections.
- Knowledge of the permitting process and ability to drive the process to meet project timelines.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of how your role contributes to the organization’s goals.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
- Experience managing luxury hospitality projects.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this full‑time role is $109,800.00–$153,733.36 per year. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with matching, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Short‑ and Long‑term Disability, and an Employee Assistance Program.
