What's the Job?
- Drive the day-to-day execution of the SRE transformation program, ensuring workstreams progress according to plan.
- Maintain and manage program artifacts including plans, dashboards, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to keep the project on track.
- Facilitate governance routines, including planning agendas and follow-up actions, to ensure alignment across teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and consistent messaging throughout the project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management within technology or engineering organizations.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, especially Jira, epics/stories management, and sprint tracking.
- Exceptional written communication skills, capable of creating executive-level presentations and summaries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or working within Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or modern operations environments.
