Who you are
- B.S. degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering, or civil engineering
- Experienced environmental project manager with consulting and staff leadership experience
- Proven experience managing environmental site assessment, investigation, and remediation projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Relationship builder who enjoys working closely with clients
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a diverse portfolio of environmental investigation and remediation projects
- Partner with the Vice President of Project Operations to support strategic initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, geologists, and scientists
- Build and strengthen long term client relationships
- Support business development and proposal efforts
- Guide the technical and professional growth of junior staff
