What You Will Do
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across data, analytics, and system implementation workstreams.
- Coordinate between client stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements aligned to client objectives.
- Monitor day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies or project status meetings, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and technical requirements for delivery teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, providing clear status updates, executive briefings, and performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change management efforts, including user adoption, training coordination, and transition planning.
What You Will Need
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience managing technical projects in a consulting, government, or enterprise environment
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams including developers, data engineers, and business analysts
- Experience tracking budgets, managing resources, and forecasting project delivery timelines
- Ability to work onsite in a client environment as required
What Would Be Nice To Have
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI‑ACP, or other relevant certification (preferred)
- Experience supporting Navy clients or familiarity with Navy operations, systems, or organizational structures (preferred)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving data platforms, system integrations, or analytics solutions
- Hands‑on experience using Jira for project tracking, backlog management, and workflow coordination; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment; strong client‑facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
