Job title: Technical Project/Program Management
Location: Tempe, AZ or Casa Grande, AZ-Onsite
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience managing enterprise IT or software projects.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience , including SAP implementations, enhancements, integrations, or support projects.
- 5+ years of Jira experience for Agile project management, sprint planning, backlog management, and issue tracking.
- 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience , including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards, and project tracking.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources .
- Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills.
- Experience working with manufacturing, factory systems, logistics, or supply chain applications .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) , such as Rockwell MES.
- Experience in factory systems or automotive manufacturing environments.
- Experience working within a PMO .
- PMP or PMI certification .
- Experience with SAP integrations and enterprise application implementations.
- Experience presenting project status to executive leadership and steering committees.
