For our client, we are seeking a Senior LRT Rail Project Manager / Vice President to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $233,646 - $259,607 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of rail projects to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
- Develop and implement project management plans with execution strategies and staffing plans
- Direct multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and high performance
- Manage project financials, including budget development and cost control
- Proactively identify project risks and develop strategies for mitigation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in the rail sector
- Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Structural Engineering, or a related field
- PE license in New York preferred
- 15+ years of experience in rail project management with a proven track record
- Deep technical knowledge of rail systems and engineering principles
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong business acumen with experience in business development and opportunity capture
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
