Project Manager Overview A growing, employee-owned engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support transportation infrastructure projects across Florida, with preferred placement in Tampa and additional options in Orlando or Fort Lauderdale. The role is focused on modified-phase design-build, conventional DOT, bridge, roadway, and major urban expressway projects.

Responsibilities - Manage and support transportation infrastructure projects, including modified-phase design-build, conventional DOT, bridge, and roadway projects.
- Collaborate with teams across Tampa, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale offices.
- Help drive project schedules, deadlines, and delivery expectations across multiple offices.
- Support project execution on complex transportation assignments, including large urban expressway and bridge-related work.
- Adapt to modified-phase design-build processes while contributing experience from conventional DOT or design-build project environments.
- Grow into increasing project leadership responsibilities, with the long-term opportunity to learn financial management and support pursuit efforts for new work.
Qualifications - 10 to 15 years of experience is preferred; a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience with conventional DOT projects is required or strongly preferred.
- Design-build experience is a plus, but candidates with strong conventional DOT experience may be trained in design-build delivery.
- Background in transportation infrastructure, roadway, bridge, or related civil engineering project work.
- Ability to manage deadlines, integrate with established teams, and support collaboration across multiple offices.
Work Environment This role is office-based, and can be in Tampa, Orlando, or Fort Lauderdale.
Compensation The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000.
