Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager
Requirements: 5-10 years of progressively responsible structural design experience. Bachelor's/Master's in structural engineering. Registered professional/structural engineer. Experience in designing building structures with emphasis on concrete, steel, masonry, and wood. Experience with structural inspections/rehabilitation is preferred. Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: Take a lead role in helping to realize our projected growth. Responsible for structural engineering design development and for preparation of structural engineering construction documents. Develop building structural systems, both gravity and lateral. Help to build and maintain positive relationships with new and established clients. Plan and estimate work and manpower requirements; control budget. Manage major and minor design projects from beginning to end. Preparation and checking of design drawings and/or specifications. Open to relocate to Indianapolis, Indiana.
