We are seeking a hardworking and reliable electrical project manager to join our team here at C&S Electrical Contractor South Inc. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects and ensure they progress on schedule, within budget & to the national electrical code. This role demands a strong understanding of all types of electrical systems, construction process & communication skills. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful management of projects.

Responsibilities
n
Manage all aspects of multiple construction projects
n
Coordination of project submittals
n
Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project
n
Ensure employees are providing the highest quality of installation
n
Schedule deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
n
Estimate costs and keep the project within budget
n
Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
n
Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers
n
Report on progress
n
Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
n
Qualifications
n
Previous experience as a Construction Manager
n
Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes
n
Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building/electrical codes
n
Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
n
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
n
Ability to break large projects into small steps
