Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking an Electrical Junior Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to coordinate electrical construction projects and support senior leadership with day-to-day operations.

- Ensure electrical projects meet schedule and budget targets through proactive management
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and material procurement
- Support client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and cost control for electrical projects
- Coordinate with field superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors
- Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Track project budgets and monitor cost performance
- Manage material procurement and equipment delivery schedules
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports and progress photos
- Participate in client meetings and coordinate with general contractors
- Support safety compliance and quality control initiatives
