Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Hartford, CT

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all project sites.
Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction phases.
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

5-10+ years of project management experience
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects working for a General Contractor
Degree in construction, engineering or related (or experience equivalent)
Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality work on time and within budget.
