A rapidly growing General Contractor in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across the region. If you're passionate about complex medical builds and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - this could be your next big move.
- Oversee full-cycle project management for healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, surgical centers)
- Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with ICRA standards and infection control procedures
- Interface with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
- Lead on-site progress meetings and maintain clear documentation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects
- ICRA certification required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local Atlanta healthcare construction codes & practices is a plus
- Work with a highly respected and growing GC
