About the Role We are looking for a Program Manager – Influencer Marketing to manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, working closely with brands, creators, and internal teams .
You will be responsible for taking campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring the right creators are onboarded, deliverables are completed on time, and clients have a smooth experience throughout the campaign.
What You'll Do - Manage influencer campaigns from briefing to final delivery .
- Understand brand requirements, campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with brands, influencers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage influencer communication, onboarding, content submissions, approvals, and publishing.
- Help identify and shortlist creators based on campaign requirements and audience fit.
- Maintain campaign trackers and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
- Manage client communication, updates, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Resolve creator and campaign-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Track campaign performance across metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and other agreed KPIs .
- Prepare basic campaign reports and share updates with clients and leadership.
- Identify gaps in execution and continuously improve campaign processes.
About You - 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, account management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of the influencer marketing and creator ecosystem .
- Comfortable communicating with both brands and influencers .
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience with an influencer marketing agency or brand is a plus.
