As a key player on our team, you'll report to the Regional Construction Manager and take the lead on diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time and under budget. Your role encompasses everything from conducting site assessments and quality checks to managing relationships with clients and subcontractors. You'll also engage in effective cost management and adherence to safety protocols throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead civil construction projects from initiation to completion
• Monitor budgets and oversee quality control protocols

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in construction
• Knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
