- ImplementAllnorth'svaluesandvisiontosuccessfullydeliverprojectsfromconceptthroughcompletion.
- Leadthedevelopmentofprojectsandprogramswhileestablishingqualityobjectives.
- Buildandmanagemultidisciplinaryprojectteamsthroughallphasesoftheprojectlifecycle,includingplanning,engineering,procurement,construction,commissioning,andprojectcloseout.
- Liaisewithclients,managers,employees,contractors,andvendorstodefineprojectrequirementsandexpectations.
- Managetenderingactivities,contractnegotiations,andcontractadministration.
- Coordinatemultidisciplinaryengineeringandconstructionactivitiestoensureprojectsareexecutedsafely,efficiently,onschedule,andwithinbudget.
- Proactivelyresolveprojectperformance,scope,cost,andscheduleissueswithclients.
- Traveltoclientofficesandprojectsites,includingextendedsiteassignmentswhenrequiredtosupportsuccessfulprojectdelivery.

- Post-secondaryeducationinEngineering.
- 10+yearsofconstructionprojectmanagementexperienceinindustrial,multidisciplinaryenvironments.
- Experienceplanningprojectsinvolvinglargedatasetsandmakingdata-drivendecisions.
- Provenleadershipskillswiththeabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipswithclients,contractors,andmultidisciplinaryteams.
- Theabilitytoeffectivelybalancemultipleprojects,priorities,andcompetingdeadlines.
- Familiaritywith3DmodelingandCADsoftwareisconsideredanasset.
