As a Design Manager reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee design execution from start to finish, fostering development within your team. Your expertise in design strategies, risk management, and contractor selection will play a crucial role in project success. You will also be the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders regarding all design matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process from conception to final output
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
• Manage consultant teams throughout design phases
• Develop and monitor project design schedules
• Communicate with clients regarding design progress
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in Construction Management
• 3+ years as a Design Manager in ICI sector
• Proficiency in MS Office and BIM software
• Educational background in Engineering or Architecture
• Experience in healthcare facilities is an asset
