Our power & utilities client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage delivery across Operations Technology (OT) environment within a complex matrix organization, including coordinating business, technology, data, integration, and change teams

Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton, working hybrid model. 37.5 hour work week. Must be able to travel to Vegreville weekly

Must Haves

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on OT / CIP Projects
Expertise in creating detailed Project plans, budgets , and resource forecasts , including using Project management tools like MS Project,
Experience with developing and delivering executive level presentations . Experience in Risk management expertise, including identification, mitigation, and resolution.
Familiarity with IT / OT governance frameworks and structured delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have

PMP or equivalent IT project management certification
Experience working with regulated utilities
Familiarity with managed service provider engagement processes
Business analysis skills supporting requirements gathering and process improvements

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of OT projects including critical system upgrades and compliance initiatives
Manage the full project lifecycle aligned with business objectives and operational needs
Present project updates, risks, and milestones to executive stakeholders and steering committees
Coordinate delivery across business, technology, data, integration, and change teams
Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and challenges
Adhere to project delivery governance frameworks and complete regular status reporting
Engage managed service providers following established processes
