Reporting to the Manager of Engineering Services, the Project Manager is integral to planning and delivering projects that enhance community growth. This role demands expertise in budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to fulfill project goals. Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and First Nations for sustainable advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Coordinate activities of consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Develop work plans, schedules, and resource requirements
• Monitor budgets and recommend risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• Licensure as Professional Engineer in Ontario
• PMP certification preferred
• 5+ years project management experience
• Knowledge of Indigenous community engagement
