The Project
A prominent, multi-phase scheme in North London comprising residential units, commercial spaces, and public realm enhancements. High design value, complex logistics, and a key focus on sustainability and community integration.
The Role
As Project Manager , you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of the project from groundworks through to handover. You will lead a site team, manage subcontractors and client relationships, ensure health & safety compliance, and report directly to the senior leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage programme, cost, quality, and safety to the highest standard
- Experience with RC frame and residential/mixed-use developments preferred
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Platinum), First Aid
