Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team based in Solihull. Location: Solihull, West Midlands. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Operations team. Your day-to-day will include:

Leading projects from tender stage through to successful completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Managing and mentoring site teams, providing guidance and support to help them perform at their best
Building excellent working relationships with clients, acting as their key point of contact
Overseeing project budgets, programmes, and performance, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
Identifying solutions to technical and logistical challenges, ensuring quality standards are met

What are we looking for? This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:

You have substantial experience leading high-value construction projects from pre‑construction to delivery
You are skilled at managing project budgets, programmes, and teams effectively
You have strong communication skills and can build collaborative relationships at all levels
You possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions
You hold a relevant construction qualification (degree level or equivalent) and professional membership (e.g. CIOB/ICE)
