You will take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing engineering activities, resolving production issues, maintaining process documentation, and driving continuous improvement.A key part of the role is supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring products are effectively transitioned from development into stable, manufacturable production processes.This role focuses on solving material and integration challenges associated with hybrid microelectronic packaging and advanced electronic assemblies, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-reliability manufacturing solutions.
