Project Manager (Construction)
Bicester – £65,000 - £75,000 + Progression + Training + Car Allowance + Local Patch + Fuel Card + Site Visits
This established and growing building surveying and construction company with expertise in building consultancy and fire risk management supplies to a vast range of commercial clients.
The role offers a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a nationwide chartered surveying practice and progress to become a Commercial Manager.
As a client‑facing Project Manager you will :
- Lead projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and monitor project programs, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate activities, labour and resources across all teams.
- Conduct regular site visits in Oxfordshire and maintain client contact.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 engineers and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work on a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (8:30‑4:30).
The role is suitable for a Project Manager with a construction background who is open to receiving funding for any necessary courses to support their professional development.
