Senior Project Manager – Insurance Transformation

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain programme governance and reporting.
- Engage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies and key risks.
- Drive business readiness and successful adoption of change.
- Coordinate internal and external delivery teams.
Experience Required
- Strong Project Management experience within Insurance or Financial Services.
- Experience delivering large‑scale change programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within matrix environments.
- Strong governance and delivery discipline.
Desirable
- Commercial Insurance, Specialty Insurance or Reinsurance experience.
- Data, finance or operational transformation programmes.
- Regulatory change initiatives.
- Technology‑enabled business transformation.
- Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery environments.
