Senior Construction Project Manager (Commercial)
Bicester
£75,000 - £85,000 + progression + training + car allowance + local patch + fuel card + site visits
This is a client‑facing role that involves regular site visits and meetings. The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately ten engineers, act as the point of contact for the client and all project delivery teams, and oversee the full project lifecycle from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects from start to completion.
- Monitoring budgets and consulting with every team involved throughout the project lifecycle.
- Co‑ordinating activities, labour and resources.
- Conducting site visits in Oxfordshire.
- Managing a team of around 10 Engineers.
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client and project delivery teams.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:30.
Requirements
- Project Manager with a construction background.
- Willingness to commute to the Bicester office and to nearby sites such as Milton Keynes, Oxford, Banbury and Buckinghamshire.
