The Role
You will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre‑construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to a high standard. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams, you will coordinate project delivery, manage programme requirements, oversee technical compliance, and support successful commercial outcomes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plant, pipework, ventilation, and public health services
- Experience delivering mechanical building services projects within contractor environments
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Strong organisational, communication, and client‑facing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
