Deploy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager for a long-term contract delivering key power infrastructure projects across the West Midlands. You will oversee civils works on 11kV and 33kV substations, manage site operations, and ensure works are completed safely, to programme and to a high standard.
You will supervise civils teams, coordinate excavation, ducting and cable installation, maintain site records, and report progress to project managers and clients.
