Building Safety Remediation Project Manager

We are working with a leading property management organisation that manages over 100,000 residential leasehold units across England and Wales. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee building safety and remediation programmes within a diverse residential portfolio. This role offers a key opportunity to drive forward projects that contribute towards safer, well-managed buildings while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
The successful Building Safety Remediation Project Manager will:
- Lead and coordinate building safety and structural remediation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet safety standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including contractors, property owners, and residents to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
- Oversee project budgets and funding, ensuring compliance with legislative and funding requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and audit trails to ensure transparency and compliance.
The ideal Building Safety Remediation Project Manager will have:
- Proven experience in residential property management and repair projects.
- Strong knowledge of building safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act 2022, and remediation processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
