Plan and manage delivery of SPPA transformational projects or annual event activity.
Foster a culture of experimentation and resilience in services supplied by a pension administration system provider.
Manage change control procedures to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed budgets.
Own delivery assurance activities, RAID management, MI reporting and audit readiness.
Manage pace, prioritisation, dependencies, exceptions and rework cycles.
Form, motivate and empower teams; develop technical and non-technical capability.
Apply Agile, Lean and hybrid approaches pragmatically.

Recognised project management qualification.
Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering complex, time-critical transformation or legislative change projects.
Technical / Professional Skills:
- Communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintaining delivery momentum.
- Planning.
Must have an existing and ongoing right to work in the UK.
