Leading high-profile Payments’ delivery across complex, cross-functional change initiatives
Driving clarity and structure in ambiguous business requests and shaping clear scope and outcomes
Eliciting and defining high-quality plans, including business, functional, and non-functional deliverables
Translating complex work requests into a clearly defined scope and plan
Partnering with Technology and suppliers to drive solution design and delivery
Influencing senior stakeholders through insight, challenge, and clear recommendations
Managing project governance and change control to protect quality and value
Providing transparent reporting and insight on progress, risks, and readiness

Requirements

Previous experience of working within a Payments environment (Required)
Experience of E2E project delivery and implementation (Required)
Experience of industry standard traditional Project Management methodologies (Required)
Experience of developing processes and procedures in regards to governance and change management principles (Required)
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable challenging, constructively and influencing stakeholders across all divisions of Santander (Required)
Proven diagnostic, problem solving and analytical skills (required)
Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies required. (Preferred)
MSP, PMP, PRINCE 2 practitioner, agile or external PMO certification are advantageous but not mandatory. (Preferred)
Degree level education in relevant subject is desirable. (Preferred)
