Solsta is seeking a Programme Manager within its Design & Manufacturing Division in the United Kingdom. You will manage a portfolio of customer-funded design projects, ensuring compliant, efficient delivery through the full lifecycle and governance of ISO13485-aligned NPD/NPI processes, in collaboration with the Chief Engineer.
You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage risks, maintain project discipline, and enable commercial strategy and growth.
