Salary: £45,091 – £51,536 annum.

Responsible to the Regional Programme Delivery Manager (RPDM) to support in the leading and effective delivery and management of the various Planned Maintenance, Capital and APD work streams. Provide technical advice and support to the RPDM on all scheme related matters.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- i) Possess a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent Level 6* qualification, in a Building/Construction related discipline PLUS 2 years’ relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function
OR
- ii) BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5* qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline PLUS 3 years’ relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function
OR
- iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning PLUS 4 years’ relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function (Please include dates)

- Must demonstrate significant relevant experience in all of the following areas:
- A) Responsibility for designated budgets and ensuring proper financial controls are in place and that staff comply accordingly with construction contracts
- B) Experience in the management of NEC 3/4 Construction Contracts
- C) Experience in ensuring that projects are properly managed and delivered in line with the agreed targets, standards and procedures
- D) The provision of technical advice and guidance on maintenance contract related matters to a range of stakeholders
E) The collection, analysis and reporting of performance monitoring statistics detailing performance, quality and cost data and related information if required to
- ensure Key Performance Indicators are achieved
- 3. Candidates must possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full
