🚀 Epicor Project Manager – ERP Implementations
Are you an experienced Epicor Project Manager with a proven track record in Epicor ERP implementations ? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value projects and lead them from initiation to successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations – on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans (scope, schedules, budgets, resources).
- Act as the primary client contact , building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead requirements gathering, project governance, and scope prioritisation.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Oversee and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Deliver post-implementation reviews and continuous improvements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience leading ERP implementations (Epicor ERP essential).
- Strong background in project governance & PMO best practice.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams & external partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM certification (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of modules like Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service Management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Certinia PSA and T&M delivery models.
