Project Manager - Fire Suppression or Fire Detection

Overview
Position: Project Manager (Fire Detection / Fire Suppression Installation)
Location: West of South East UK, commutable to Slough or West London. If based in Kent/Essex, London projects are available.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage fire protection projects, ensuring:
- Project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Quality assurance of installation and commissioning.
- Timely delivery within budget and on schedule.
- Accurate variation recording and WIP/O&M documentation.
- Effective liaison with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Fire Suppression, Gas Suppression, Fire Detection, or Fire Alarm.
- BS 5839 (Fire Detection / Fire Alarm) or BS 5838 (Fire Alarm Project Management) knowledge.
- Certification: SSSTS or SMSTS; ECS Black Card preferred.
- CSCS/ECS certification if available.
- Knowledge of UK Fire Project Management standards.
- Located in West of South East (M4, M25) or commutable to Berkshire, West London, Middlesex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire.
