To manage the A/E and CM partners executing the project to assure safe, compliant, on time and on budget execution we are looking for a Senior Project Manager.
Project scop
- eThe project timing is 16 months (for initial phase with potential extension for subsequent phase)
- .Retrofit of existing warehouse space (~15K sf) into a GMP Packaging Operation (1 Packaging Line only)
- .Admin Area
- .Packaging Area (CNC) with gowning (packaging line already ordered and FAT planned in Feb '27
- .Small 2-8 Deg C cold room for temporary storage
- .Ambient GMP Warehouse for components storage
- .Utilities
- .Packaging line (1 of) - 400 V 3-phase 50.60 Hz and 230 V 1phase 50/60 Hz
- .Compressed Air 120 psi to support the line + other users
- .HVAC Units for Admin, CNC space & Ambient Warehouse space (DX units likely so no chillers)
