Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors.
- Oversee quality, health & safety and project reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience.
- Background in structural alterations, structural steel or commercial refurbishment .
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) certification is essential.
- SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
