PICOW Engineering Group is looking for a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day delivery of civil, drainage, utilities and highway works on live construction sites. You will lead the team, coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors, and ensure RAMS, permits and quality control are met.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of excavations, drainage and temporary works, plus excellent client communication and record-keeping. Travel between projects is expected.
