A mid-size, employee-owned technical production supplier working across corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies and private work. Accreditations span more than 50 venues, with the majority of revenue built on long-term relationships at the top end of the London market. Technical, design and production specialists all sit under one roof, and the Technical Project Manager sits at the heart of that operation. The Role
As Technical Project Manager you will take full ownership of events end to end, across a varied calendar of UK events.
- Producing RAMS and health and safety documentation to IOSH and HSE standards
- Creating floor plans and interpreting technical drawings for each project
- Building and managing production schedules across concurrent events management projects
- Attending site visits and pre-production meetings across London venue work
- Delivering events on site from tier-1 through to complex tier-3 productions
- Coordinating with internal technical teams, suppliers and venue contacts throughout delivery
The Candidate
This Technical Project Manager role will suit someone with a solid background in technical event production or events management, and strong health and safety knowledge is essential.
- Confident producing RAMS and health and safety plans to IOSH and HSE standards
- Able to create floor plans and read technical drawings
- Proven at managing production schedules across multiple concurrent projects
- Background in technical production or events management delivery
- Experienced in site visits, pre-production meetings and hands-on site delivery
Experience in theatre, live events or tiered event complexity is beneficial but not essential, as is familiarity with equipment logistics, supplier management or technical design. What matters most is that you are organised, safety-conscious and ready to take real ownership.
