LNS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Marine Project Manager to oversee marine civil engineering projects across the South of the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to join a growing team delivering complex marine infrastructure projects.
Essential Requirements
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in marine project management, or 15+ years' experience as a Site Manager within the marine sector.
- Proven experience managing marine construction projects.
- Confident working in environments involving:
- Diving operations
- Jack-Up Barges (JUBs)
- Pontoons
- Complex lifting operations
- Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and marine industry best practice.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Manage marine construction projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and clients.
- Oversee programme, quality and commercial performance.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
