Seddon Construction Ltd is seeking a Site Manager (Planned Maintenance – Retrofit Works) for a Birmingham-based, site-based role in Housing Partnerships Midlands. You will lead on retrofit projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery, while coordinating with the Contracts Manager and QS.
The role requires a strong background in retrofit installations, health & safety, and managing multi-trade teams in occupied dwellings.
