We're looking for an ambitious, proactive individual keen to further their career as a Construction Project Manager. The hiring client is a specialist Construction Project Management Consultancy based in Birmingham city centre. They are working on a wide range of commercial building projects including many of considerable scope and challenge. They see considerable opportunity ahead for future growth, building on a number of recent successes.
They already have a highly experienced team in Birmingham. They go above and beyond to thoroughly understand their clients needs and provide a nuanced project leadership solution. They are constantly striving to learn and take the same approach to their team's career development. Your development needs will play a central role so they can support you as you continue to grow as a Construction Project Manager.
We're looking for either a Project Manager, or an Assistant Project Manager looking to progress. You should be able to demonstrate experience in day to day delivery of construction projects but otherwise your background and training is of considerably less importance than your ambition, communication and interpersonal skills. We're looking for someone with a proactive, problem solving approach who can also support their own learning, whilst supporting more experienced team members.
